I just visited my very first Menards for the first time today and was blown away by the selection and prices! Wow! The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is that the plant selection was very bare and the plants they did offer did not look very healthy at all. I am more than willing to go back to shop though. Such a great selection and amount of stock put out.

My go to place for stuff! I love Menards! My kid loves to sing their jingle because we are there so much. The staff are friendly and the deals are pretty good. It's an awesome place just like Food and Stuff from Parks and Rec.

Great store with everything you need. My first time to Menards and was overwhelmed with all the items they sell.

Love this place, enjoy going with my husband. We love to buy building products and household items. Unfortunately last visit a board in a stack was sticking out from the rest of the pile. We ended up with 2 flats on our trailer stuck in the shed. Fat boys tire serviceman Dusty helped us out. The guys at Menards just kinda ignored our problem. A bit disappointed was hoping management would help a bit. It was about $250 to get out of the shed. We were pretty drained so left, looking forward to our next trip. Still go there often love this store still!!!

Service was great! They had exactly what I needed. Prices are actually better than the local chain home improvement stores. They also offer a massive variety of other products besides just home improvement.

Customer service is terrible. They are not willing to help out at all. The system they use to make orders will trick you saying your order is ready to be picked up. Then when you show up only one part is ready to be picked up. The manager just says it’s how or system works. Don’t listen to the emails. Call next time…. What’s the point of getting a confirmation email if the order isn’t ready? Will never buy from here again

I literally just made a GMail account simply to share this terrible experience and WARN everyone about this particular store....I was intending on making an order in excess of $10,000 worth of roofing materials and shingles from Menards but wanted first to confirm a color pattern of my desired roof shingle prior to purchasing Due to the many discrepancies in online color schemes versus in-person viewing. I ended up speaking with Assistant Manager: Mike who told me that I would have to come directly to the store to view the product myself and refused to simply take a picture and email it to me so I could view a more candid photo that was not glossed over with marketing and lighting attraction. I let him know that I lived in Colorado Springs and could not simply come into the store. When I told him that I, myself, was a customer service manager and we would never place the burden on the customer, especially considering the $10,000 investment they inteded to make. He simply hung up on me. This was by far one of the easiest customer service solutions I could imagine and I was shocked by the laziness and disregard for their customers. I will NOT be purchasing from Menards and quite frankly I feel embarrassed for their owners and stakeholders. I wouldn't be surprised if this store is under-performing and if it is performing decently it certainly is not tapping into its potential by any means. Sometimes a business is only as good as the quality of people they hire to represent them. In this case, some professional development and common business sense could go a LONG WAY. I hope this review is seen as a learning opportunity both for the Assistant Manager: Mike and the ones above him, who hand pick the very people they think can resolve these basic issues.

Menards is my favorite store for about anything I need. The staff is great. I had a no hassle return. Even most of the shoppers are nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They normally have specialty tools and hardware but none of the employees seem to know where anything is even in their own department. Their website doesn't have locations to help find anything either. Drove across town to homedepot multiple times to buy the same thing their website says they have but employees don't know where to find it even if it says in stock on the website. Wasted to much time chasing down items just to have to go else were because nobody seems to know what the store has.

I wad looking at wood tonight for a project, but found the was very poor for the price. Other things I was looking at in the tools were a good price even comparing it to Amazon. It is a lot easier to do rebates now that they only do the 11% rebate.
