A huge thank you to Sal Malouki for helping me with the process of purchasing my Flare Yellow GSF. I’m located in Texas, he himself made the transaction and shipping smooth. I did have a slight problem with one of the dealer managers going on a “power trip” but Sal made sure the customer always comes 1st.
We purchased our first Mercedes yesterday with the help of salesman, Alvin Daniels. There aren’t words for how seamless he made the transaction; he doesn’t waste any time getting you a great deal for your dream car. We can’t thank him enough, for making the car buying process a pleasant one.
I must say it’s the best Mercedes dealership in the DMV area. Ahmed Nashat from the finance department and Raja from sales were beyond amazing. They completely relieved me from the stress and hassle of buying a new vehicle with their professional and customer service. Keep up the good work!
I just picked up my new ride yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. I rarely post reviews but just had to share my thoughts on the service I received from Almaz. He is the best sales guy ever!!! He had so much patience with me as I shopped for my car while overseas. Took his time and answered all my questions. I felt like he definitely deserved the sale. The process was extremely smooth when I arrived. If you are thinking about buying a new car, pay him a visit. Don't hesitate as you will be in good hands!
Extremely unprofessional service staff. I've been taking my car to this dealership for years and without any notice I receive and email saying my service is canceled. The team decided to cancel my service appointment not even 24 hours before the service to be performed. When I called to get some clarity on the situation the service manager, Paris, response was "that's just our policy." I hope no reputable service departments policy is to cancel customers service appointments hours before customers are scheduled to arrive when the service was confirmed a full week prior.
I brought my vehicle in to get serviced on June 30, 2022. It's a 1995 that I just purchased which I knew needed work, so I figured I would be proactive and take it in to Mercedes dealer for a multi-point inspection and get whatever needed to be done. My vehicle was there from 6/30 - 7/14. I picked up my vehicle on 7/14 and literally an hour after I left, the check engine light came on. This was one of the issues that was supposed to be fixed while my car was there for two whole weeks. I returned my vehicle the same day and have been told since that technicians do not know what the issue is at the moment. I have called four times Sat, Sun, Mon, and today to speak with a manager, left three messages, and have not received a call back. It makes no sense to me how a vehicle can be in a shop for two weeks and still come out with an issue and the poor customer service I am truly surprised by. This is unacceptable. I purchased my vehicle on 6/22 and my temporary tags expire on 7/22. What makes it worse is the fact that I have yet to get my vehicle to state inspection so I can get my tags because my vehicle has basically been in the shop for a month.
This is a great Merecedes Benz dealership. I've talked to a sales rep a few times about possibly trading in a for a newer vehicle and the person I speak with is always helpful without being pushy. I love the service department here. I ask for Service Advisor Austen Achterberg by name when I make appointments. He is detailed when taking notes about the issue I report. He is also thorough in checking over the vehicle to make sure everything is in order before delivering it to me. He makes great recommendations on what service needs to be performed at the time of the appointment vs. what service needs can wait. This really helps me prioritize service needs with my budget. He also keeps me updated on my vehicle's status and sets me up with a loaner vehicle when needed. He's a great Service Advisor and I highly recommend him when booking appointments.
Terrible customer service! I’ve been here at this location 3 times and the customer service has been horrific. This time I just bought my second Mercedes from this very same location but anytime I come here for service no one! And I mean absolutely no one has tried to help with my vehicle. Literally walked in at 7:30am and passed by the service advisor and they said nothing to me. They take my car outside and leave it for 2 hours. No one had the common sense of diligence to figure out why an customer car has been sitting untouched, unattended, unlocked, or just no description of what’s going to be done. Just sitting waiting nothing. Brand new freaking MERCEDES just sitting outside the garage door. I’ll be driving 10 miles to the next Mercedes dealership just because the nearest Mercedes dealership to me on South Pickett doesn’t know anything about customer service, or anything about informing their peers about any customer bring there vehicle and no one speaking on the behalf of the vehicle service.
After my vehicle was out of service, they told me they took the car to car wash so I kept waiting but then I found out that they lost the keys to the car and they didn’t know where the car is. Service representative was horrendous in terms of professionalism and kindness. For 50-55 minutes, I had to wait there thinking the worst case scenarios while facing rude attitude by my service representative with no explanation. I’m not going back to this dealer again. The only nice thing about my entire experience was Cesar who was the welcoming service agent where I checked-in. He was professional and kind. My experience went downhill after that point. I still cannot process the fact that a dealer can lose your keys and don’t know where the car is. I have no words.
Purchased a 2022 Sprinter from The dealership and dropped my 2012 Gl450 off for the C service. Service person comes back with this long list of repairs including tires wiper blades, everything I decline just authorize the c service. To keep this brief and warn people with older vehicles out of warranty, stay away from this dealership. They actually blew out my springs on my rear shocks by not supporting them correctly when lifting the vehicle. I road in and when I picked the vehicle up the vehicle was sitting so low and swaying back and forth, I drove the car down the block and came back to service dept same day and had a conversation that went nowhere, later spoke to Larry Step who sold me the Sprinter and told him about the experience, he put me in contact with the service manger and he asked for the estimate I had gotten from two different repair places. Both places said my rear shocks or coils were blown off by the car being dangled or not supported properly during lift. He never returned my calls or emails.
