Do not let them touch your vehicle unless you do not mind missing parts , unprofessional staff, terrible service. Had my airbags replaced recall that took 10 years ! Not a mark on my car till I brought it here for warranty repair now my dash where work was done does not line up any more. Good luck.

Thank you to Alan, Shalina, and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz if New Hampshire for making my trip from Connecticut to New Hampshire a great experience. I was able to get my dream car financed and delivered all in one afternoon and still make it home for my father's 83rd birthday!! Awesome staff, knowledge and experienced.

I came in because I had 1 soft tire. They checked it and didn't find anything wrong, so they just refilled it and reset the error message. Then they washed and vacuumed the car...and all for no cost!! I expected to at least pay for their time. So I'm a happy camper.

Not a great experience working with them. Customer satisfaction is definitely not their main priority. The lack of communication is astounding.

My experience was with Adam in the service department, his customer service was awesome! Kept me informed, was very thorough and work got done very quickly

They did a fantastic job with my car! Dan was amazing. He did a test drive with me and identified my issue quickly and it turned out to be a quick fix. I just moved to NH from TN and was very please with the service. I will be going there again for all my cars! Nice work guys!
