I just recently purchased a vehicle from here as a first time car buyer and the experience was great. Jordan W. set up a time and went with me on the test drive and took the time to show me the vehicle, answer my questions and let me take some time to check it out before buying. He was extremely personable and I really appreciated his help. Jim P. worked through the details with us and walked me through the process. Jacob went through all the financing paperwork with me and made it simple and fast. They all took the time to answer my questions, even after purchase, and in the end I am very happy. Wow, what a breath of fresh air shopping for a car at Team Nissan! Jim P., the sales manager, was top notch and doesn't waste your time. He's direct, knows what he's talking about and helped me navigate the process effortlessly, he pays attention to every detail of your conversation. Ron J., my sales consultant, did a great job explaining options on the vehicle and took his time to make sure I knew about the safety, convenience and operating features. Jacob, in finance, did a great job as well explaining all available options. Everyone onsite was friendly, helpful and I enjoyed the car buying process because of it. I can't say enough about Jim the sales manager, he is worth more than his weight in gold. They really are a great team over there and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new car, I'll also recommend them to friends and family 100%!

I can't say enough about how excellent my experience at Team Nissan in Manchester was and if I could leave more than five stars I would. I was dreading the car shopping process but had to do it. My fiance and I stopped in just to look around. Ali greeted us and he was so helpful! There was no pressure, he just genuinely seemed glad to assist us in looking. After a test drive we went inside the dealership and met Jim and he was incredibly helpful and very transparent with all of the numbers, again without pressure, he just wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make whatever decision we felt comfortable with and gave us plenty of space and time to talk things over. There was no haggling, pulling teeth, ripping my hair out frustration, just He also offered me more for my trade in than I expected which was amazing. Once I decided to go ahead with my purchase we worked with Jacob in the finance department and he was also great and explained everything so well. I got a great warranty and feel confident about the vehicle. It was ready to be picked up much more quickly than I expected the very next day. When I struggled to find the Title to my trade-in Jim helped me tremendously once again. Ali took great care to ensure everything was in order and all I had to do was get into my purchased vehicle! I feel wonderful all around about doing business at Team Nissan and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle!

Ralph is the best and most personable person to deal with in car sales. He was great in the purchase of my Rogue. He made things happen in the sale I did not expect. The salesman Peter is a fantastic salesman and very personable also. He is very knowledgeable and can answer questions you may have. They are both the people you want to deal with. I give them both an A+ and would encourage people to deal with them the most in purchase of a vehicle from Team Nissan. I have bought several vehicles from them and proud to say, should I purchase another vehicle, Team Nissan will definately be my place to buy! Way to go guys, you are the best!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Team Nissan for over 14 years. Just purchased our 6th vehicle from them and as always, they do not dissapoint. My team was composed of a very nice, courteous, friendly salesman called Kristopher Dragon. He listened to our needs, and wants as a family. The sales manager Jim Pitka... what a gem, a true gentleman and lots of transparency. Made the deal and purchase of the vehicle seamless along with his team. Lastly I need to mention Dave Miville the Finance Manager. He services you with knowledge, understanding of your needs and most importantly with a smile. These 3 gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. This is one reason we return to Team Nissan, the other reason is the Nissan product. It had been good to us for nearly 2 decades. Thank you!!

My husband and I have been to Team Nissan twice now for a used vehicle and highly recommend! Our sales rep Jared Currier was great; no pressure, knew the vehicles and worked within our budget, great guy. He gave us his contact info so he could work up a deal while we went for dinner. Great service! Jim Pitka, sales manager, even called us while we were at dinner to go over numbers to make time at the dealership more efficient! Jim worked with our credit to keep us in our budget and was honest about the maintenance done/needed. Team works with a lot of different lenders and Dave Miville in Finance didn't just take the first lending option offered; he worked to get us great rates and terms - all in within budget! Efficient and pleasant car buying experience! We will certainly be back for our future vehicle needs. It was also really nice to see that the same guy we did business with back in 2019 is still there! He's now the used car sales manager. While we didn't work directly with him this time, both my husband and I recognized him. It says a lot when dealership staff sticks around.

Super impressed with the customer service at Nissan in Manchester. Kris was amazing in helping me find a great car, and really treated me great. Car shopping as a woman can be overwhelming but I left feeling like I got a great deal. I also loved that the manager Jim’s little dog Dallas was running around. I left my dog in the car thinking she would not be allowed in, but they welcomed her right in and she made a buddy while she was there. All around great experience, highly recommend you go see these guys!

I had a great experience at this Team Nissan location. The used vehicle I purchased was clean and came as advertised. No surprises. Ron, my sales rep, was accommodating and helpful. The GM, Jim, was available and helped answer additional questions. I felt the pricing on the vehicle and warranty were fair. The service techs and team were quick with the inspection too.

I didn't go in for repair work, but rather, to look at vehicles for possible purchase. My original car, which I am keeping, has high mileage, and is no longer as dependable reliable as it needs to be. It is a 2008 Volvo, with over 230,000 miles on it. I test drove several vehicles, at your dealership, and, also, at other dealerships. Your model won out because of styling, features, and price. I never thought that I would decide on a vehicle within 48 hours, never mind, buy one. But that SUV had my name written all over it. Your sales team made it easy and compelling. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Incidentally, my kids, and my friends are in love with this vehicle also.
