Great, friendly sales people! Doug and Terry were fantastic to work with. Negotiations were quick and easy. No one tried to pressure me or get me to add additional features when I told them what I wanted. They were straightforward and the whole purchase process went very fast. Thank you, thank you for making buying a new car so easy!

JD was incredibly helpful. I came in to do a test drive and he walked me through the various features of the car. I came back a day later to buy it and he was on top of everything. As a woman I often have car guys speaking down to me or ignoring me and speaking to my husband instead. No one had that attitude and always spoke to me directly, and didn't assume I know nothing about cars. The manager who I forget his name was also incredibly nice and very helpful when walking me through the final details of the sale. Overall a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location anytime I need work done on my car.

I worked with Cameron and Nate in the test drive and sale of purchasing a new 2023 Tucson. They were excellent, informative and no-pressure educators. Great experience! Phil was my guy in financing…genuine and helpful. If you have a choice, request him for the financing discussion. Left dealership excited, happy and not feeling like I needed to shower-off all the BS. Thank you for the Auto Fair for the all-around excellent experience and service!!!

Manny is an excellent sales man. He went above and beyond. The service was absolutely amazing. And Philip is a fantastic finance manager. He went through everything in detail so that it was understood and clear. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable in his field. Overall the service was unquestionably the best I have ever seen.

The staff here is amazing! Saurav was excellent to work with. I had little intentions on buying but ended up leaving with a new car. He helped me find all the features I was looking for to fit my price range. I felt no pressure into buying and the whole process was fast and easy. Everyone I came across was super friendly! I had a great experience, thank you to everyone who helped me out. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

The service department was fantastic with answering relevant questions and obtaining quotes needed. My only issues is that I have had a concern about a blemish on my door since the day of purchase that has not been taken care of and has been put off for over a year now. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The sales department on the other hand was very quick to offer an equity check, but when I found a vehicle I was interested in, I was showed multiple other vehicles that were of much lesser value than what I currently own, and felt as though I was brought in circles, while the vehicle I was interested in was sold out from under me. After beginning paperwork. If inventory was not such short supply maybe the experience would have been different…

First off amazing staff ! Went down purely to look with 0 intentions of buying anything. Andrea was an amazing saleswoman very courteous and respectful, she takes the time to listen to you and your needs and what you want. She made it an amazing experience for me and I ended up walking out with a new car. Then to get to work with Terri and Phil please forgive me if I misspelled anyone's names was awesome as well a perfect compliment together to the team. The whole process while long was a good one and I'm a lot happier because of it. Wonderful staff and organization, I will definitely be doing my car buying business there in the future going forward and will be happy to pass along my wonderful experience.

Another stellar experience with the Service Department. The consistency of always being taken in at my scheduled time and always being met with a smile is amazing. Chelsea was our Service Advisor again and I will continue to request her each and every time. She is incredibly thorough and friendly at the same time. I never feel like I'm going to be overwhelmed with any unnecessary repair suggestions to my vehicle and that's so important. That being said, I have the utmost confidence in Chelsea and her team to let me know if there is a repair I should consider. They make me feel like they are treating my car as if it's their own. I just bought my fourth vehicle here. I actually looked at other dealers and test drove with them to compare experiences. Unfortunately, the other dealers just caused me frustration with endless calls and heavy tactics.  I had a great experience with Autofair and worked with Rondo. I told him that I wanted a positive experience and he made it happen. He is incredibly patient and respectful. Phillip in financing was also professional in performing his job but also respecting my wishes.  Great experience all around, so yes, I’ll continue buying cars from them.

I just had another great car-buying experience with the salesman and sales managers here at Autofair Hyundai Manchester! Tyler in sales was able to help me find the car I wanted by utilizing my wants and needs within a vehicle. Eric, a sales manager who sold me my previous car two years ago, was also able to work with me on finding what I wanted today. It was an exceptional experience, and they were able to work with me every step of the way! I got my previous vehicle here, and I will continue to get my next one here, too!
