Called 8/23 to schedule tire replacement for Monday 8/29. The tire was never ordered and I wasted over an hour of work for them to tell me that. When I arrived , I listened to Jason complaining with coworkers about other customers while I was waiting for him to acknowledge me at his work area. Rescheduled tire replacement for 8/31, it was done very fast, short wait time...it was done so fast that they couldn't ever put the spare back in place under the vehicle.
I have worked with Scott Vincent on my last two auto purchases. He always takes the time to understand my needs. Provides guidance to ensure we make right decisions, which benefits me financially. He is truly a "Trusted Advisor". I will continue working with Scott on all future auto purchases. It is employees like Scott that create loyalty to a Brand and a Dealership. Their Service Division is also top notch. I work with Joe as my Service Advisor. From a Total Customer Experience Sales/Service, I couldn't be more impressed. Give them a try; you'll become a lifelong customer, Like Me.
Scott Vincent is the guy to go for New or Used Raptors!! If I could leave 6 stars for this dude I would!! Traded in my Gen 2 for the new Gen 3! He worked his magic and got me a sweet deal!!
Manny Pouche made my car buying experience so easy. He was very knowledgeable of each car we looked at, took the time to show us all the features and even has reached out since I purchased my car to make sure I am totally satisfied which I am! We spent a month searching for a replacement vehicle for me, and each dealership we went to we dreaded having to deal with the salesmen we knew were waiting for us. Manny was exactly opposite of the other salesmen we dealt with. He was nice, respectful, gave us space to converse about this decision but was available if we had questions. Although I don’t plan on buying another car soon, I cannot recommend Manny enough!
Visited looking for two specific trucks on the lot. Paired up with sales consultant Travis and quickly got through the info and test drive process. Very easy, straight forward. Decided to make the purchase and the financing process was easy with no hard sales for additional coverages. Truck was driven down the next day. Good experience, would recommend Travis and the team to others .
DO NOT BUY HERE! If you do, make sure you know what you’re getting into when purchasing from here. If you don’t know every single detail about your vehicle they definitely will not go out of their way to make sure you’re making an informed purchase They are just clerks, they turn and burn customers. I talked to multiple managers at the dealership to help get my issue resolved in a way I could leave happy and the only solution they had was to take a $20k hit on my vehicle and purchase a new one at full price. That’s not a solution that’s bad business. Customer service and satisfaction is not in their vocabulary, all they can talk is numbers and how the dealership can get up on their customers. Unfortunately will need to go the legal route and get an attorney on this one. It’s a shame because I tried to let them make it right, but they just couldn’t see past the numbers. Very short sited. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I have been trying to find the right F150 for a few weeks now, and with lack of inventory and marked up dealer prices, it’s been difficult to find one. However, my search stopped quickly once I found a match at AutoFair Ford. The entire service and financial team worked with me to get me in the F150 I wanted for a fair price, with a generous offer for my trade in. From the moment I walked in, until I drove off the lot in my new truck, I was treated like I was one of them. I plan on going back once it’s time to get a new vehicle for wife. I highly recommend this dealership for your Ford needs.
Just purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from Autofair. Was greeted by Ernesto in sales . Great guy! He made my wife and I feel welcome and also as if he was there to really help find the truck I wanted. We walked the lot for a while , he was very professional and patient. Finally he took us on a test drive and answered all questions we had. He sold himself and the dealership very well . I felt very comfortable dealing with him. After agreeing on the truck , he and his sales managers were able to negotiate a fair price for my trade and fit the vehicle into my budget. Never once any pressure to buy. Ernesto , the sales manager and the finance manager all did a great job ! Drove my truck away the next day , and was contacted by Ernesto and the dealership to make sure I had a great experience. Go to Autofair Ford , ask for Ernesto and experience it for yourself ! 100% satisfied … plus they have a huge inventory to choose from .
Ordered the Ford Bronco Outer Banks 14 months ago, delivered & in my driveway the day it came in. Great people, fully prepared and ready to get me my Bronco as soon as they could. Good experience with “warranty” and “incentive” information. Thank you Sarah & Danielle!
The A Team! From the initial phone call with Christina, to Sales Manager Tim, Sarah our sales person, and Dave in the Finance Department, our overall experiment was #1. We appreciate all of their help getting us in the vehicle we needed to tow our camper and the assistance from the service department too. It was quick, easy, and fair.
