We just purchased this yesterday and worked with Ruben Williams. He was excellent and very responsive! We traded in our 2017 Black Edition Ridgeline which was the first year it was made and one of the only ones in NH when we got it in late 2016. Now, we’ve upgraded to the 2023 Black Edition HPD-black package which is one of the very few in New England. Love it!
Graham, of the Manchester Auto Fair, is FANTASTIC. My husband, who has purchased many cars maybe 10? said this was the best experience he'd ever had. Graham was not pushy in the least. He was kind, attentive to what we were looking for, and relaxed. His likeable personality was icing on the cake for a wonderful experience with AutoFair. We even ended up deciding on a different car model, at another dealership, and had to request a refund on our deposit with Graham. He still maintained the professional, likeable demeanor and congratulated me on my new car purchase. The refund was attended to right away. This whole process was not only painless, but, dare I say: enjoyable? Thank you, Graham! You rock, and we will recommend AutoFair Honda to anyone in the market!

I leased a 2022 Honda Civic Sport., Sean Cassidy was very patient, as I had questions on two different cars, I have to say Sean was great in that he took the time to really listen to me, and that was evident by his responses in answering my questions, and helping me find the car I wanted, the features I wanted, Remote start for example,Thanks again Sean it's awesome! and in the price range I could afford. Rodrigo Ojeda in Finance was great in working on the protection packages and again, was very Patient and was listening to my concerns and found a Package deal that I could afford to protect the car. and thank you to the management and support staff who made themselves available to assist me when Sean was tied up and could not get to the phone during the process. good customer service is dying breed these days, but that does not seem to be the Case at Autofair Honda, my experience thus far has been exceptional. Fantastic Customer Service!! Thank you to the Autofair Honda team, I love the Car.
Highly recommended, I went in with no clue if I was going to even be able to buy a car and was able to leave a few hours later with a new car thanks Keith & Stephen! They walk you through the whole process and explain literally everything for you! Very eager to make sure you are happy and satisfied with what car you’re getting, also explained all of the new features and the updates on my new car. 10/10 experience and I’m very happy I was able to do business with the company and will always recommend this location!

Scott Sturtevant and the service department were awesome! I pulled up to the garage door, on this rainy day, and they automatically opened it for me, I was able to pull in without having to walk in the rain. Scott applied a coupon for my service, which saved me $34.95! He also pointed out that there was a recall on my A/C system, and the condenser assembly along with other applicable items would be replaced, free of charge … now that’s what I call ‘taking care’ of the customer! Lastly, Scott quoted me a time that my car would be ready, and it was perfectly to the minute … very impressive! My next car will definitely be another Honda from AutoFair Honda! Thank you Scott!
agent was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. Non of the used-car/hustler vibe. It seems that under the new ownership the front-office staff of the service department has become much younger, which adds to a relaxed atmosphere. Very fast service, delivered at the promised time.
I've bought 2 Honda Accords from AutoFair and Bob Black in sales was a true pro. I will honestly admit sometimes I can be difficult to deal with and he handle me like the pro he is. I've also had a chance to deal with the service department over my time of ownership. Liam my service advisor was spectacular. Never over promising but always getting my problems fixed right the first time. That's all I can and do expect. You can TRUST Liam not to try to sell you work that you do not need!!!!!!!
