Sam was great to work with when purchasing the car, as I needed to get it all done in 1 day. I got the car I wanted with no hassle a smile and financed to fit my budget! The service department got me an appointment within 24 hr with a smile. Nothing really wrong with the car I just wanted something checked and the they were happy to check it out for me. I would recommend to friends or family with full confidence they would be taken car of 100%.

Chris is very professional and down to earth. The process with Chris was simple. The car that he chose for me is nice and great on gas. With less than perfect credit, a lot of dealers won't give you the time of day, but I was able to get into a vehicle with a great payment plan and a sweet warranty! I recently had issues with my car and John was awesome and quick to find the problem. The unfortunate part is there is a recall on the part that I need. John had been trying to find the part until Ford sends it to them. They are awesome people and this being my first car in my name I love it! I would recommend jdbyrider if you are looking on a budget. Thank you guys for putting up with my car! Lol.

Bought a chevy cruze and it's fantastic. It was gone through thoroughly before purchase. As a mechanic myself it was nice to see that the minor repairs were taken care of because most places don't do those things. When I needed my oil changed Jordan set up my appointment right away and the the car was in and out in no time! Definitely need more people in shops like them

Jd Byrider and their service department are amazing! They are helpful and make sure your car is ready to drive off the lot and will be there to fix any issues if need! I am glad I got my car through them

Very good experience, Chris was very professional to work with. I went back and forth for a while and when I was ready he was ready to help. I know a lot of these places seem sketchy but these guys have a pretty fair program to help sun-prime buyers. I would recommend.
