As an operations manager, I would consider Ron Hall to be the backbone of the company; a superlative leader of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else or others; supreme.It is because of people like him, and the rest of the staff that makes the idea of work a most pleasurable experience.

I loved working for Merchants. I am a veteran and still serving in the Army National Guard. They went out of their way to work around my drill schedule and gave me extra hours to help make up for the time missed on my paycheck. If I ever had any sort of medical or personal problem arise, they went above and beyond to help me out. While attending the Police Academy they helped work with my difficult school schedule and they were very patient. I believe everyone who ever works feels "overworked and underpaid"- that's just life. They have an excellent reputation with all of their clients. i was proud to where that uniform everyday. Thanks for being an awesome place to work and taking a shot on me :)

I've been with merchant security for about 5 months I've been working since 18 never has a boss helped me as much as Scott and Chad.. Scott awesome Gm he took time out his busy schedule came to my house and put my positive cable wire on for me Chad is a cool down to earth guy been respectful and very understanding thru my ruff patch in MY life I love working for these guys
