********************************************* I saw your bot response and don't care to engage with no results expected, and no concern for or about your patients. Just don't hide my 1 star review as you have others!!!!!!!! Dr Hopkins was my PCP until he dropped the ball after I had an endoscopy/colonoscopy done by Digestive Diseases Specialists. Had decided and already made another appointment at Integris. Unfortunately I had to return to this clinic because of complications from colitis and I believe they were aware of this as I was not greeted at the front desk but simply asked: Name, address, phone number. No greeting no smile. When I told the PAR I had to sit down she took it personally, stood up and sprayed air freshener into the waiting room. In my 66 years on this Earth I have never seen anyone spray air freshener or disinfectant into a waiting room when a patient such as me has COPD. I was unfortunate enough to have to be seen by Brandi Jo Vermilion, who falsified my medicare medical records quoting me saying things I have never said in my life and not reporting correctly my medical condition or symptoms. The things she quoted me saying or nothing short of slander and lies. This woman came into the room so forcefully it startled my husband and I. She slammed my chart down on the table, glared at me behind puffy eyes all the while shaking as if she was in a fit of anger. She yelled at me, until I finally had to ask her if she was denying me treatment. She refused to give me an antibiotic that I am familiar with and that actually treated the problem. I had to go to Mercy Go Urgent Care and get put on the correct antibiotic and medication for nausea which Brandi Jo Vermilion denied me. Dr Hopkins denied me medication for nausea as well. Find another clinic because you do not want to go here...EVER! I had to go to the emergency room last night and now have pan colitis and I feel it's because I was not getting the correct care here my conditions only gotten worse. These are not caregivers they are political activists. *********************************************
The entire staff is very kind and caring, paying careful attention to all needs. Dr. Kyle Judkins is absolutely WONDERFUL!
Was trying to get treated today while they rudely fumbled with televisit. Taking my insurance money elsewhere. Was supposed to visit Brandy Vermillion. Waited 30 minutes to be treated like I was the problem.
Took my mother-in-law, Betty Miles, to see Mallory Callins, PA. Mallory really took her time looking at mom's health history over the last couple of years and addressed all of our concerns. She was very thorough and took her time. She is by far mom's and mine favorite PA she has seen. And it's very apparent that Mallory actually cares about her patients. Thank you Mallory Callins, PA!!
Worste clinic ever it takes for ever to get a appointment and when you do the day before they call to reschedule cause the doctor won't be in the doctor never there it's always the PA only and she is not good at her job at all And if you say no I want to see the doctor the only appointment they have is in months but then they cancel horrible service
This office doesn't communicate. I had 3 phone calls in one day. The last one, they told me I had to come in the next day, or wait 2 weeks. I canceled work and showed up. They canceled the appt they called and told me I had to show up to. Why is it so hard to just get healthcare?
Can’t give a zero. I’ve been seeing Dr. Judkins since he started at Mercy Clinic in Moore. Great doctor. We had 7AM or 7:15 appointments every time with no problem. - I transitioned to NW Expressway Clinic because of Dr. Judkins. I arrive at NW Expressway this morning at 7:15 for my 7:30 appointment - as instructed by Mercy app. Lights off, door locked. Still no lights and door locked at 7:30. @ 7:40 a light comes on and I can see reflection of person behind desk; I’m ignored when I knock loudly. @ 7:46 another employee arrives at front door and lightly knocks; lady inside comes to open door for her and then starts to shut door in my face saying we don’t open until 7:45 it’s now 7:47. I replied “even for a 7:30 appointment?” She lets me in and then relocks the door … but I thought you opened at 7:45, three minutes ago. Two other patients walk up to find a locked door. When I’m finally with my nurse I express being upset. “They didn’t call to reschedule?” with no explanation of why a reschedule was needed. Dr. Judkins does explain reason for why times have changed and is obviously upset that no one called me, over six months ago, to reschedule and explain news for change. - It’s clear he knows this office os poorly run and even notes that there have been some staff changes due to poor serve. - I see the need for other changes too. As much as I like Dr. Judkins, I’ll probably be seeking a new doctor who isn’t at this location. Mercy, you do so well everywhere else but this place needs significant help.
The only good thing about my visit was one lady with curly hair at the front, she did my tests for me and was extremely friendly. Everything else was absolutely terrible. They didn’t apply my insurance to my bill so they over charged me for my co-pay, and then I got billed from quest diagnostics, called them and they said Mercy didn’t apply my insurance. When I called mercy they couldn’t find any record of my visit. They never called me to give me my strep culture results. If you feel like waiting forever and never getting your results and getting over billed then this is the place to go.
This place is horrible always referring u to another number never has the answers to any questions jus a waste of time. U have to have an appointment for every visit. When the lobby is literally empty makes no sense
this place is horrible the older blonde receptionist needs to find another job she does not need to deal with the public second time I've had this encounter with her she was supposed to take care of something last week and she failed to do it so this week I had an appointment she wouldn't lift a finger to try to accommodate the situation even when I called my insurance company while on speaker phone the insurance company was on my side and said why don't you just do your job so yes she is horrible I will not go back!! I'm finding a new doctor she needs to be reprimanded but I doubt it will happen!
