After being failed by two home health care agencies in less than one week from poorly ran management, I believed that no one cared.
A friend recommended Mercy Works Louisville.
Care, Compassion, Dignity and Respect was not only given to my father but also to me.
My fathers caregivers, Aniyah and Alysha were angels!
Jeff proved to me that there is an in home health care agency that is ran properly and will be there for you and your loved one in your time of need!
That is MERCY WORKS LOUISVILLE

As someone who has both used Mercy Works for care (for my mother in law) and worked for the company, I can tell you that Mercy Works Louisville is the most compassionate, caring company I've ever been associated with.
I started working for Mercy Works in the Summer of 2015 but soon had to resign due to my mother in law having health issues. The management was not only completely understanding, but assisted me in moving her into my home. They even donated a hospital bed to her so we could more easily care for her.
Once I realized that I'd need additional help, I knew exactly who to call. They were able to start overnight care that evening and eventually began working in our home 24/7. They have never been late nor missed a shift and the caregivers are GREAT!
Mercy Works Louisville is such a great company and I encourage anyone needing help for themselves or a loved one to give them a call. It's the best decision you could make!

Mercy Works Louisville was extremely helpful in caring for my father during the last year of his life. They were able to assist him with numerous items around the house and were always on time. Dad loved his two caregivers like family.
Jeff and Brigid were very caring and helpful as we dealt with the changes in Dads health.
I strongly recommend Mercy Works to anyone who needs help for themselves or a loved one!

I have been beyond impressed with Mercy Works Louisville. I had employed other senior care services in the past to care for my elderly parents since I work full-time and have a young child myself. And these services were fine. But there is a huge difference between fine care and way-above-and-beyond care. The owners of MWL get to know each senior client themselves, something that impresses me greatly. In fact, their children brought my parents homemade anniversary cards and valentines this year. I've been able to trust our care-giver with keys to the house, and I know that this person will respond, even outside of normal hours if possible, because of the true sense of caring. They really believe in developing relationships, not just providing care. Both of my parents need help, but my father has recently required more attention. He's had multiple bathroom-related accidents while out in public, and our care-giver not only treated him with respect and helped him maintain his dignity during very embarrassing situations, but also got Dad home and bathed completely to take the pressure off of my mother. And then I got a call to update me about everything that went on to make sure I was kept in the loop. Dealing with my parents swift decline has been hard, but MWL has been the one bright light during an otherwise dark time. It's no exaggeration to say that they've been an answer to a prayer.
