If I gave my true opinion of this place I would be banned from Google. They take good care of their consumers but treat their employees like dirt.

Great place to work. I enjoyed my time working with people who really cared about the well-being of our clients. There is a lot of diversity in staffing.

One of the best places I've worked. But on that note, how they treat employees with a pay raise, then taking there sick time Away, is a different story. The employees work hard and do service for mentally disable adults and and do the best for them. Just don't understand why a company can back stab someone by taking away something they earn, and try to sugar coat it by giving a pay raise and giving NO!!! option. It's a love hate relationships and it's time to take a stand. Not only for the employees, but for the ones we serve. Because they deserve the best we can give! & VOA is a great company and give the Consumer a family atmosphere. But it starts with the employees and need to be treated better and not act like every one can do this job! It's takes a special kind of person to do this... and need Volunteers of America to understand that.
