Being new to the area it took me a while to discover this shop but so happy I did! Kathleen is very knowledgeable and personable. Having purchased many wigs over the years this was not a new process for me but the wig I purchased from Merle Norman has become my all time favorite. And it was more reasonable! I have had it for almost 2 years now and plan to purchase the same wig in the near future. I couldn’t be happier.

: I highly recommend that you visit MNCS in Har Mar Mall. I really enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday. I'd thought of checking it out for a while and so on Valentine's Day I treated myself - and what a treat it was! <3 The shop is so warm and inviting and so many cool accessories! Kathleen is amazing - she's able to quickly figure out what you're looking for. As customers came in, she instantly reminisced with them as she found just what they needed, and I thought, wow, I didn't know stores like that still existed! I was there specifically to look at wigs, and Kathleen helped find the perfect one for me. She guided me with a lot of care and attention. Five stars isn't adequate for Merle Norman at Har Mar. I have been a customer since I have been 15 years old 1985 and the customer service has always been top notch. Kathleen and her staff are wonderful and Kathleen never steers me wrong when it comes to makeup and skincare. There is never any pressure to purchase and she only recommends items that are best for me. The store also carries hats, wigs, jewelry, purses and other cute gift items. It's definitely a girly oasis.

The service was amazing! I was overwhelmed trying to decide on what wig would fit me best. But the lady helping me new exactly what would look good and listened to what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I brought another friend to the store for that exact reason. And she also did an amazing job finding the perfect wig for my friend.
