Methodist Minor Medical Center Hacks Cross

Only there because I was sent to Winchester/Hackscross location for a drug screen by an employer for new hire. Entered and complete sign in paperwork in less than 3 minutes. Sat and waited for 15 minutes and looked around and noticed same people waiting to be seen and they had fell asleep. At this time I really got to use the bathroom so bad my kidneys start to hurt. After 30 minutes still waiting and finally someone was called to back but it wasn’t me. I will recommend to the employer that they find a new company to use for drug screens. The receptionist had her lunch spread out eating while checking patients in. I’m a nurse and we were always taught no eating at the desk.

Would have given 5 stars however my complaint was with the front counter receptionist. The young lady was very rude and her attitude was quite rough for the individual that you first see when going into the establishment. The rest of the staff was chef kisses! Very kind and energetic! Was in and out in an hour and a half and that included X-rays!

TERRIBLE experience do not recommend I went in for a check up told them my problems they diagnosed me with basically nothing told them I was dizzy, light headed and heavyheaded. They came to me with nothing didn't do a check up or anything wouldn't suggest this place to anyone they literally try to rush you out the place. I had earwax in my ear a lady didnt even clean it right she basically rushing it which made it worse didnt know what she was doing. Dont come to this place save your money and time!!

Still sitting here goung on hour 3 in the waiting room. have watched 8 people now that have arrived after me and started their paperwork after I had mine completed have been taken back. I asked the receptionist calmly about it and she just snapped ar me that I am wrong and they were all here before me. There were two people waiting when I got here. She is horrible at her job.

Had a pathetic experience last night .. We were told that prescriptions were sent to our pharmacy and when I called up pharmacy 2 hours later, they said they didn't see any thing in any locations ... had been following up since this morning and when called multiple times, finally got through one number and I was told the prescriptions were sent last night and they don't know why pharmacy didn't receive it .. so this is like a ping pong ... absolutely pathetic behavior .. when I called pharmacy again this morning they said the prescriptions were just sent .. it was a direct call from provider not even a voice mail so clearly they were lying about prescriptions sent last night .. We suffered the last night without prescription .. very frustrating .. and no accountability . will never recommend this ..

Receptionist are rude, especially Jeannette. She tried to make me pay for an office visit even though I had met my deductible. She said I still had to pay $50. I called my insurance provider and they called the front desk. Jeannette hung up in their face. They let me know that she did and that she was rude and told me not to pay anything. I went back again Jeannette tried it again so that let me know that she has been being unfair to the patients.

Waited 5 hours for NO reason at all . All they do is chit chat and eat snacks and have patients wait a long time just to tell them Nothing is wrong. Wouldn’t recommend

Front desk clerk was rude. Np gave me a list of medications. Did not explain any of them to me. They sent my medications to a location that was closed.

Definitely not a minor med , don’t be fool with the name it’s not minor med it’s urgent care. They change for urgent care . I went to see doctor there for minor cough and cold , first the lady at reception was not ready to check in without a ID prof that to be physical Id prof , does not accept soft copy . Then a long wait time to see doctor Over all very bad experience

I was a little hesitant due to some of the reviews, but needed to be seen. My experience was very good - from checkin to back to my car to pick up the prescriptions they sent to my pharmacy in well under an hour. Everyone was incredibly professional, efficient and friendly.
