Polite, professional, fast and friendly. Received the help from a knowledgeable young lady by the name of Ayaris and she was able to get me right out; no long wait!! Must say this is by far the cleanest Metro I’ve been to. Thank you.

I bought a phone here the Galaxy A11 and within five months the phone has poor signal problems, and I go to this location and one person said they will replace the phone, now a week later and I get a different answers. Same company, but different answers. Why?

Who is name "juan" , He is dishonest guy. He want me to pay more money for the phone when I ported my number in.

Laid back, smart , and let u know with their patience and knowledge if ur having any kind of issue they will help u. I truly appreciate their consideration and understanding when I was confusing myself, clarity... that's what I found at the Metro PCS store, my agent had remembered and had to let me know best plan of action
