Worst T-Mobile store ever! Horrible customer service, very rude employees, and they prioritize customers who speak Spanish. I went in and was ignored for the longest and they told me on the phone one time that they couldn’t do anything to help me with an issue they messed up on my phone! Also, the wait times are usually very long!

Victor Trejo was amazing!!! He found the exact phone I was looking for and did what customer service could not. This will always be my store of choice. Thank you.
