Metro Cafe

The Metro Cafe is a Western restaurant at the relatively new shopping mall called We Go Mall along Po Tai Street in Ma On Shan. They have fair sized opened seating are and can send your food out through deliveroo if you are situated in the Ma On Shan area. Opening hours are 8am to 10pm daily. Recently ordered their Sicilian Pepperoni Pizza HK$141 which was delivered in 29 minutes. In short, it was a costly dud. To be fair, the pizza was boxed well and delivered just fine. The pizza slices were stiff, crust texture hard and chewy, what you find with frozen pizzas after heating them up in the oven. Tomato sauce low grade with a slightly sweet taste and not enough cheese. Pepperoni slices were just fine. Overall, this wasn't a good pizza that was well overpriced for what was served. Unfortunately, not much available in Ma On Shan when it comes to proper pizza. Best to just stick with Pizza Hut if you're in the mood. They offer more variety, better quality and similarly priced pizza to Metro Cafe.

Metro Cafe is a Western-style restaurant serving burgers, steaks and pasta. Had the set menu of salad, Angus beef burger and a drink coffee served with hot milk for HK$138 plus 10% service charge. Fries were too oily, burger and salad OK. Coffee great. There are three dinner sets to choose from and many other single items on the menu.

bought 2 bagels home for breakfast. they call it bagel and it looks like bagel but it totally not a bagel, this is just a bread.

Just ordered cake and tea, but it took ages to come, with only 3 tables of customers. And the staff was rude.

Staff are rude as they do not seems to care much about business, we were being being harassed by the waiter by sarcastic comment. Highly not recommended

Cozy place, hospitality service and nice foods

The pizza is a bit small and there are crab shells in the crab linguine.

Quite a bit pricey, portion pretty small, even to a small eater
