Metro Lawn & Snow Service

Long story short…. I contacted Metro for an Estimate to get my sprinkler system started up. I did not know when the system was last used or serviced because I just purchased the home, but there was a Metro sticker on the control box. The office staff informed me that I could not get an estimate and that I could only have a technician come out to start up the sprinkler system. Metro sent a technician out and he could not locate the valve to turn the system on/off. I then received a bill for an “activation” that never took place. Metro Lawn is the best. We have been using them for over 20 years and have not been disappointed once. They answer all questions. They advise us on the best methods to treat our lawn. Each maintenance person is very professional. We are very pleased with Metro. We like the fact that they never try to sell us services we don’t need. There are quite a few sprinkler service companies around this area but we have chosen to stay with Metro.

Metro has always been a reliable and affordable lawn sprinkler service. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. Their people are always professional and prompt with their appointments. Update 1-25-14 Again last year Metro was great to deal with. They were prompt and accommodating with my schedule. The technician did a fast job and took care of all the paperwork for my city. I would definitely recommend using them over others in this business. Update 5-20-15: I called Metro to set up time for the backflow test. They were here promptly, handled all the paperwork and had the job done before I even knew they were here. I can't imagine using anyone but them for my sprinkler needs.

True Lawn Care Professionals! They provide great service at a professional quality. Also at a great price! Update to my original 4 years ago. I still have their lawn care maintenance program. My yard is one of the greenest in the neighborhood. I also had them install a sprinkler system, bury downspouts and do my landscaping. We have been using Metro Lawn Sprinklers for the last 5.5 years. They show up when expected and are always courteous and respectful. I’ve never felt that they try to “upcharge” or have us make unneeded purchases. We continue to utilize this company based on the level of integrity that has been exhibited.
