The President, Mr. Ralph Dinizo, came out to my new home for free I might add and gave me advice that I couldn't have paid another landscaper for. From the pitch of my yard, to the sun exposure, the plants that were incorrectly positioned to the shrubs that were overgrown. Ralph is extremely passionate about landscaping and demonstrates his passion through his knowledge base and generosity. Thanks Ralph!

We recently had a great all-around experience with Truesdale Nursery. We needed an extensive re-do of our front and side beds. A promotional mailer arrived one day and an appointment was set within a week. Ralph visited our property, took measurements and made recommendations based on our needs. He then designed the beds using a computer program that allowed us to see specific plants positioned in actual pictures of our property. We went to the nursery to talk about options and select plants. Ralph's crew lead by his son James arrived by 8:00am and the job was done by 10:00am. The crew was professional and hard working. The entire process took less than one month from start to finish and we feel we got good value for our money.

I’ve had a really above and beyond experience with Truesdale landscaping. I did not know what to plant on my front yard, or when to plant it so I posted on a community forum asking for advice. Barbara Wahl reaches out to me and spent literally hours guiding me through choices of plants and pros and cons of each option. It felt like she genuinely cared about my front yard and the look of the plants I would use to decorate it. Everything is finally picked out and I can’t wait to get started next spring. Solid business with huge emphasis on customer service.

If you’re looking for expertise and professionalism when tackling your landscaping project, you’ll find it in Truesdale. Our backyard has become an extension of our home. We have a gorgeous new patio where an old deck used to be and we couldn’t be happier with it. Ralph listened to our ideas, explained what would work best in our space, and suggested ways to enhance the vision we had in mind. In addition to a perfectly sized patio, we have a separate area for the grill and pretty paving stones where a well-worn dirt path used to be. Ralph was in regular communication with us throughout the project. He and his team showed up on time and always left things tidy at the end of each day. The project was done on time and within budget. Now we are enjoying late summer dinners on the patio and looking forward to working with Truesdale next spring when we add some plantings in Phase II. The key terms that would be a representation of their services are - unreliable, misrepresentation of services quoted and service provided, badly execution of the work requested. Not only did this landscaper charge for work that was never done, but I was mislead into thinking they would keep up their end of the contract. I have come to think there are many unhappy customers from their service, but since the reviews posted are old, customers should be cautious in using this service going forward so you know what you shall be signing up for.

Ordered 12 evergreen trees and delivery date. Two days before that date, the manager who I found out is also the wife of the owner texted me and said they would be delivering them a day early. I protested saying that I would not be home until late. She stated "what's the difference, it's only one day". I kept protesting, but the trees were delivered. This was a problem as I was home late, had to move the trees that day. Not what I would call customer friendly. Would not purchase from again. I don't feel as if a business that acts as if they are doing you a favor is one that I would want to give my hard earned money too. It's a shame as the trees seem ok, so far...

Very organized nursery with just about any plant to suit your needs. The layout of the nursery allows you to envision your landscape project easier. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Fast and easy process. This place wss awesome!!!

Have used truesdale a number of times since moving to the area and am always satisfied. Mulch, stone, and shrubs and they deliver same day or schedule with you. They are helpful with all things landscaping

Very helpful...they know their plants! More variety and pots would have completed my trip.
