Very rude and unhelpful. Sara wouldn’t give much assistance, she wouldn’t even give us the WiFi password! She was so rude we ended up leaving and going to another metro pcs where we spent$250 on 4 new phones and cases! Unbelievable!

I moved to Denver 3 months ago. No Metro. Had to get ripped off by Cricket. Sold me a 4g phone, then told me they only have 3g coverage. Never got $100 rebate. Metro PCS is always, reliable, affordable, 24 hr customer svc. Solid phone insurance. Bye bye Cricket Crooks!!

This store is staffed by people indifferent to and ignorant of technology. Don't waste your time here. Metropcs has great plans and phones backed by the Tmobile network. Rather than getting frustrated here, go to JL Wireless at Third and Broadway to hook up metropcs.
