Horrible!!! Horrible phone service, lies from customer service, and they do not honor their advertised promotions. Please don't sign up with them!
Its not very fast browsing my speeds have ranged from .3 to 3.8 the hotspot same speeds. So its pretty slow. The phone is decent customer service has been responsive. All in all a C grade not terrible not great.
Three days with no service! Excuses! $40 monthly is a total for waste! 11? chats and counting. New sim coming. Should've sent first day
I've been using Visible since December of 2019 or so with no major issues. I think there was one time where I woke up with no cell service, want able to obtain service by turning off/on, used the Visible chat service on my laptop and they were able to resolve the issue remotely
Endless lies and hours and hours on chat received 2 broken phones that I paid for and service I paid for and no service. NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS
