I come in with an issue and they 1. Don’t listen 2. Try to sell me a more expensive plan because THEY DONT LISTEN 3. They’re incompetent Save your time. I’m going into Manhattan.
I wish it was possible to give 0 Stars or Negative Stars. I went in to buy a new sim card for an already existing phone because the current sim was having issues. The store associate LAWRENCE would not help me and refused to sell me a sim card and even when i knew he was lying about policy and called Customer Care in front of him he refused to help or give me his name or even acknowledge that he was purposely giving me wrong information. He would not even speak to Customer Care when I had them on the phone. They should audit this location and have new employees take over. Even Customer Care told me "They are hiding something and not following policy and protocol, they will be reported and investigated". #You'reFired!
What kind of business do you conduct. The Arabic rep has a very sarcastic attitude doesnt understand the concept of privacy and honestly has bad customer service skills. For a replacement phone it took me 1 hour. I am very unhappy worse experience every
Horrible customer service no one ever answers phone manager is never available. They sold me a faulty phone that repeatedly over heats and refused to take it back. Reported them to corporate and the BBB horrible. I will never do business with or refer this location.
