I had a wonderful experience with the associates Vish & Ash today at this T-Mobile location. They were excellent. They helped answered all my questions and concerns. They helped me switch from Verizon to T-Mobile within minutes. They took us about the previous plan we had and how switching to the current plan we have now will be better. They compared the differences and the benefits of having this new plan. I had questions and concerns since our previous plan was a rip-off. They helped me with everything. They have been nothing but wonderful. Super friendly and easy guys to talk to. Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended.

My wife and I just switched from Verizon and saved a bundle. Never received better customer service anywhere! Kahn, Shaya, and Jesid were lifesavers, staying after hours to make sure we locked in our plan while our son was running around the store. They never pressured us at all, and let us make our own decision, while thoroughly answering every single question we had. I highly recommend.

I walked in to the store to pay my bill. plus my phone was giving me problem as well. I spoke to Ash he is a very nice guy. help me resolved my issue. Listen to me Plus I get new phone. and on top of that he helped me lower my bill. I coming back to the store with my daughter phone as well.

I been buying my all phone's from this store from last 5 years love this store, Staff is so help full even you don't buy any thing from them they always help with there best knowledge Specially the manager of store Mr. Ash he is super nice person i ever met. I always recommend T-mobile to all my friends and family members cause of there best customer support and service's.

After waiting for 3 long weeks i finnalIy received an E mail that my Husband's phone is ready to be picked up. He went to the get a replacement for his phone. They initially explained that the screen has to be clean and should not be beyond normal scratches. HIS screen was as good as new , But ASH the Managerstarted changing his words he is absolutely useless. Never listens to a clients problem and is very egoistic.I think he should be sacked asap, or else T mobile will loose customers.

Ash is the manager at this location. He is very nice. He took his time to help my whole family. He didn't rush as out even though they were very busy. I really love the customer service at this location. I am always coming here from now on.

I came to Peter with a problem. He listen to me. My phone was not working. He tried to help but my phone was damage. He took his time to help me even though they were busy! I did have to wait for few mins. But he was so helpful He even help reset my passwords. Plus I had no choice but to get a new phone. but I didnt want to pay whole a lot. He showed me very good phone and cheap.

Best store I ever visited. Ash N his team always take there time to help my family. I don't want to deal with any body else. But this store. They are always laughing and having a good time. Make me want to work for this company. I give this store 100% I don't know about the other reviews.

I received superior customer service, transitioning from my old phone Shaya made my experience smooth and fun! Best t-mobile in-store experience ever!

Please don't try to up sell your customers. We are not all stupid people. I was able to see through their moves. The dude at the place was trying hard to push me sign up for Galaxy S9.
