I had an amazing experience at this Metro store. The young lady her name was Maritz that worked there was very knowledgeable. She looked at the phone we had and was able to show us models that would be at the same if not better than we had before. This phone was for my daughter, and she is extremely happy with her phone.

Stopped in for a couple questions on a Thursday afternoon and the woman working was no help and found every excuse not to even look up my info. The manager can in and didnt say a word about the situation. Extremely poor customer service from top to bottom.

They’re unorganized the manager of that store is always “busy” so how do they manage to hire people if he’s the only hiring manager not only that you guys wasted my time there was one person I feel The was pretty helpful and that was johnice
