Came in yesterday to upgrade my phone and Muha was quick to welcome me in. I really appreciated the time he took to not only talk through which phone would suit my needs but also recommended different accessories to protect my new phone. He was so patient as my old phone backed up onto my new one and answered all my questions. He made the whole experience smooth and easy

I came in to get a new screen protector and was immediately greeted with positive attitude and great customer service by Rhay! She was super sweet and helped me understand my plan as well as other knowledgeable stuff i did not know. Would highly recommend coming to this T-Mobile!

Was having some connections issues with my family plan. Called in and was greeted by Muha. He helped me with my phone issues and also recommended better phone plans that would suit our family. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for a long time but this was the first time an employee sought a better plan for me.

I was so satisfied with my visit all thanks to Claudia. Not only did she help my me find the best phone for my mom but her service was more than what I could have asked for. This T-Mobile will be the one I choose to go to and will be recommending all thanks to her outstanding service.

Muha was extremely helpful and changed our outdated plan to save us money! Everyone in the store was welcoming and friendly! Very satisfied customer. We love T-Mobile.

Muha was really friendly and helped me trade in my phone and told me the pros and cons between all the newer models. He seems like genuinely cares. Would come back in the future when I’m ready to trade in again

I’ve been having some issues with the data on my phone and haven’t been receiving the best service with my TMobile coverage. Muha assisted me in figuring out what the issue was and recommended a new phone plan for my family and I in order to receive the best coverage. I appreciate Muha’s honesty and patience in explaining everything to me!

Claudia has the most outstanding customer service, she is super helpful & made it easy to shop. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you come. She is also really pretty <3

Nice people but aren’t knowledgeable. Wife and I had fraudulent accounts created under our names and we came in needing help and while waiting 15-20 mins on hold with their customer care team, to be transferred to their fraud dept, their automated system hung up on me saying they’re closed on weekends — and then finally, the in-store team, whom we’ve been chatting with the whole time about the situation, says “yeah they’re closed on the weekends.” It’s a busy holiday weekend, we have things to do. They should have told us as soon as we started talking. They weren’t helpful at all. T-Mobile is horrible. This has been an on-going issue for the past four months. Glad we aren’t customers.

Went in to switch to a better phone, everyone was very welcoming; Claudia was a very helpful representative, she was very informative and kind, and was overall very helpful with explaining every detail regarding the upgrade I wanted to get! Definitely recommend going here, will definitely keep coming in!
