Answer the phone in a professional manner. Some lady picked the phone up, and she sound like she was at home. she didn't even say thank you for calling MetroPCS, how may I help you. She picked up the phone and said hello and that was it.
My coverage isn't great when cloudy crappie service when you call for phone help or internet service, best to go into store
