Magali went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and service, she took the time out of her day to try to help my husband and I find the plan that fit our needs and budget. She tried everything she could to fight to keep my husband's phone number the same, including calling his old provider herself! She was amazing and helpful and we loved her :
Great customer service. I prefer this store over the one off 122nd and Halsey. Alec was really nice and helpful. Actually I've dealt with two other employees at the Mall 205 store and they are all just as nice and helpful. When I'm in town, I will rather drive to this store than deal with the employees at the Halsey store.
Experienced some of the worst customer service here. Tried to trade in my phone I just needed to hand it in but the employee just brushed me off and went to another customer without even looking at it.
This is a great location! The employees are super chill and can always fix my issues with my phones and answer any of my questions.
Been here a few times, don't wanna sound bad but every time I end up getting out of there with no solution to my problems They tell me call t mobile or sprint because I have accounts with both of them is like they don't wanna help, I get more help from the one on division
The sales person was helpful at first but when the setup for the device I was purchasing became difficult the sales person left me to try and figure out our myself. After some time when it looked like it might work the sales person did not follow up with me and just wandered off.
If I could give a 0 star rating I so would. Customer service the worst, it seems like these people who work at this location know zero about customer service… Do not recommend to anyone.
Went here to upgrade my phone and purchase some accessories. We are already long time t-mobile customers. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a polite helpful guy who checked us in quickly and let us know there was someone ahead of us who was also still waiting and some people being seen by all the employees. We understand it can take a moment but all the extra service you get at the store vs ordering online is sometimes worth the wait so we were already prepared for that on a Friday night. After about 15 minutes someone began to help us but it was the manager and she had to hand us off to someone so she could deal with a more complex issue. We were provided customer service then by Willow who is just an outstanding and helpful employee and probably one of the most delightful sales person to spend half an hour or so with I could ask for. We had a great time chatting while Willow processed our request and did a great job installing our screen protectors. This employee truly exhibited the best kind of customer service who had good listening skills and was full of useful information about what we wanted to purchase. We are really grateful.
A clean and pleasant environment. Cody at the store was a very nice gentleman. He admitted it was the first time processing such a trade in and apologized for a delay, which was not substantial at all. Another representative and the manager also pitched in to solve the issue. Definitely a pleasant experience when everyone at the store was eager to help.
This place is the worst. Been with T-Mobile for years. Can’t wait to move all my lines.
