Last year Novembermy phone died on me suddenly and I was unable to access any of my information. I came in here and Swami and his brother assisted me in getting a new phone. They threw in some great bargains and accessories and helped me as much as they could to redeem my contacts etc. I promised to write a review and am only now getting around to it. But I wanted to say thank you Swami and your brother also. You made a stressful situation so much more pleasant with your patience, calm demeanor and courtesy. God bless and thanks again!

They charged me for something I didn't want, and gave me a more expensive plan, thankfully the customer service center fixed for me..those guys are overcharging people, make sure you check your receipts.

What an amazing experience I had at METRO by T-Mobile! I got an amazing deal for 2 brand new phones with 5G. Also they included 2 screen protectors for free. Mary helped me out and got me the best discount!!! I will be back when it's time to upgrade again. Excellent and professional service.

I went into this Metro by T-Mobile store yesterday looking to find a new phone for my son. The salesperson look my information up and let me know that I had an upgrade I already knew that because it's been some time since I bought a new phone for him I also let the gentlemen know that I was interested in opening up a third line. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the Galaxy A21 it would be around $300 and if I wanted another phone it would be another $300 coming to a total of $600 for two phones. I've had Metro PCS for over 10 years and I've never paid $600 for two phones I think it's despicable how they try to take advantage of people in the store, there was a time when you can buy the phone online at a better price but I guess they weren't making enough money like that. I'm tired of these privately owned stores taking advantage of hard-working people something has to be done about it.

She provided amazing human to human service and went above and beyond to understand my needs and provide excellent customer service. I left the shop happy to have spoken with such a gracious human being.

Came in at 7:45 to get a new phone and the gentleman was very nice along with his wife. He had another customer but he worked as fast as he could and answered all question I had and was very patient. I left out the store store a lil after 8 and happy he wasnt upset about leaving later then what he's used to.

My phone was stolen and i needed to get a new one, the gentleman workig at this particular location was the most professional, courteous and respectful. While assisting me he was training someone and handling customers simultaneously.
