If you need a new phone go to this TMobile. They provide great customer service and are very patient. Harry helped me get a new phone. It was almost closing time but he did not rush me and was very patient with me. And I'm very happy with my new phone. Thanks Harry !!

Outstanding and patient service! Mike and Alex rectified a problem with my I watch not working exclusive of my phone. Paid for the service and was never able to use it. Mike even got me a refund for the unused service. Now I’m back in business. Thanks guys. I’ll be returning.

Worst experience ever! The staff is very unprofessional! I never expected T-mobile to be so ignorant about the people they hire. No work ethics at all! I’m filing a complaint against the specific people who have conned me! I’ll officially recommend T-mobile to not tolerate any kind of fraudulent behavior from their employees.
