We were really impressed with the customer service on this T Mobile store. Adonis identified and fixed our mobile problem quickly and efficiently. A really nice guy. We can’t thank him enough.
Unprofessional terrible staff.. they sold me the wrong item and when I asked for my money back, they proceeded to get angrier acting as if it were my fault. They only offered a “courtesy” partial credit back. Completely absurd. Better just to call T-mobile. Im
Unprofessional. They cutoff don’t allow you to speak. Second time going there and received the same service from the ladies. They definitely need some training in customer service.
Horrible customer service. I was excited to switch to T Mobile but Hell No after that guy gave me bad attitude.
