Came in here for the first time to swap out a modem. The place was empty and set up well with dividers and hand sanitizer. We made an appt and we in and out in a couple of minutes. The employees were very nice and professional.
The customer service reps were very professional and polite.
I dealt with two associates who were both ok, but Ingrid was great because she helped me resolve an issue with my account and even multitasked so she could help 2 people at once. Haven't seen such dedicated customer service in a NYC business in a while...
