Refused to sell a micro sd card which sells for $10.00. The attempted to deceive me and charge me for the the card and the activation fee. If you call metros 1-800 number the activate the sim card for free. Terrible Authorized Retailer, not a corporate store.

This metropcs have great customer service. It's busy but the wait is totally worth it. Sale rep was very helpful.

Out of all MetroPCS location I have been to this one has by far been the best..the girl there helped me out tremendously. It become quite busy and she handled very good
