I went to Dietmar Blvd and 31st st Tmobile store today. Mohammed was helping me. He is a amazing person. And is best at customer service. He exceeded my expectation of customer service. He is the best.
I visited the T-Mobile store in Astoria on Sunday, Nov. 22nd. Sharon was wonderful. So pleasant and helpful. Definitely an asset to the store and the company. The 5 star review is for her!

Super helpful conversation with an employee here forgot his name but I think it was 5 letters. He was very knowledgeable about Samsung and had the same phone as me Samsung S8+.

Didn't seem too interested to help.. Hopefully they find associates in the future who are more helpful.
No deals for very old customers 6 lines, all my life with t mobile...deals only for new Customers!
