These guys are great! I came in to get my iPhone 12 fixed today, Jonny was the tech that took care of my phone. He was honest and transparent throughout the entire repair process. Fixed my screen with an original apple screen in under 20 minutes. Beats Apple repairs in terms of service, precision and price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in queens I try to always support our local businesses and you should too. I hope my review will help people in need.

Amazing! FAST AND EFFICIENT. I made an appointment since my phones screen was badly cracked, I was taken care of quickly. Everyone in the shop were sweet and professional. My phone was given back to me looking brand new in less than 30 minutes. Thank you soo much guys! Definitely Wizards !

I recently visited this business for the third time and I was blown away by the quality of customer service. The employees went above and beyond to help me, even though they could have easily made a sale by selling me a new phone. I had originally gone to Best Buy with a phone that was boot looping, and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it and that a piece of the board was burnt. I was devastated because I was afraid I had lost all of my pictures, but these guys at iPhone Repair Wiz were able to fix my phone with just a software update. Not only did they save me from having to buy a new phone, they had me in and out in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of repair services. They are honest and efficient, and I will continue to go to them anytime I'm in New York.

If ANYTHING is wrong with your phone, go here! I dropped my phone the *day* before I was sending it back to Verizon to upgrade and what happened? The back of my phone shattered. I called iPhone Repair Wiz and spoke to Jon. He was great and fixed my phone with OEM parts within 24 hours. We discussed in person what he was going to do and how long it would take. He called and let me know it was ready. Overall really impressed with the prompt servicing of my phone as well as the customer service. As much of a headache breaking my phone was, iPhone Repair Wiz made it far less stressful! Fingers crossed I never need to go back but if I do, I know they'll do the job right and in a timely fashion.

On my recent trip to states, while on a business trip, I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen all went dark. Couldn’t see anything on the screen. and Repair Wiz was so helpful and in less than an hour I had my phone fully repaired. That an an amazing customer service!!
