horrible customer service. i literally walked in and was told to use the machines or leave. i was changing some cash to make sure the change machine worked before hauling my clothes in. i explained to the woman at the front counter. but she preferred to give me my bills and take back my quarters and lose a client.
I changed from Pearl street laundry to here because my cloths got stuck/ripped in Pearl street laundry for too many times. Comparing the two, I would say Metropolitan runs by nice and polite people and the price is lower. Here is especially good because the machines are more efficient too
Owner was really helpful when we went over. Extremely accommodating to our needs and went out of her way to help us. Would definitely recommend!
Sabna at Metropolitan was so accommodating, understanding, and kind when I spilled quite a bit of detergent in the store. She also was very accommodating and attentive to the two duvets I brought in. They are such a wonderful local laundry mat and dry cleaner — could not recommend more strongly for all your needs!
I found the staff very helpful, nice and fun to chat with. Good service and enough machines ensured that I never had to wait. Always had fun conversations during waiting. The prices and machines are great too.
Excellent wash and fold and dry-cleaning service. Front desk personnel was very helpful. Will be back more time.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Super nice staff! Maria & everyone who works there are always nice and helpful!! The place is calm and comfy to hang in & there's places to grab lunch next door. Parking on site ...I only go here!!
One of the best laundromat in Cambridge area. I have been going for years & will continue to go to Metropolitan Laundromat. Really impressed with Wash and Fold service. Also, washer and dryer are very clean. Prices are also very reasonable..Staff is also very friendly...
This branch was very unhelpful in solving a situation regarding a broken coin-machine at another laundromat. I called in advance but by the time I showed up they had changed their minds and were unwilling to give access to the coin-machine. Some neighborhood solidarity would be great, would have otherwise been happy to go back.
