I have dealt with this dealer well over 17 years when they were cooper up until today. They are great people most have been there since day one.The work is alway done right the first time.

First time at a Kenworth dealership and I can say without a doubt I've had a better experience here over Freightliner. This being my first time here complete professionalism and integrity! Going back and forth with service reps and company breakdown they have been kind and patient with me. Tech that was on my truck found my issue almost immediately. Humored a few ideas along the way to eliminate other possible issues. Awesome person. I'm not a fan of breaking down. Here I feel like I'm in good hands an being taken care of in the upmost fashion and respectable way. Picked myself up a few minor upgrades for the truck as well at the parts counter. All in all, if you're ever broken down and can limp yourself this way... highly recommended! Hopefully the part that is needed comes soon so they can get me on the move!
A few years ago this place tried to scam me into replacing a clutch that, once their home office was involved, turned out only needed an adjustment and lasted several more years before I eventually had to replace it. I didn't realize it was a scam until this past week when I went in for a DOT inspection and was told I needed my front axle kingpin replaced for $2k because it had "some play". Well kingpins are supposed to have "some play". They wanted another hundred to replace a headlight that wasn't broken and $200 to fix a city horn that also was not broken. So, I took my truck to the loves up the street and got a passing DOT inspection the same day. If my truck broke down right in front of this kenworth, I'd have it towed to the next closest shop
Charged $500 just to diagnose and state the needed part was on national backorder with no ETC, and they did something to my batteries to drain without the APU turning on to cause a sudden need for a jumpstart now every morning after they touched the truck, starting when I went to pick it up from here. Whatever these idiots did to my Kenworth tractor better be warranted at the next Kenworth...
Dustin helped me out through the phone. Got my over flow cap. 2nd dealer I've seen with the right attitude. Got a free key chain for my input. Thank you. 5 years driving n this is the 1st time I got something. Hope to be back. Even the small things can help you throughout they day.
definitely a lying dishonest mess. My truck has more than 20 days here to change an oil hose, according to them they didn't have the part, I found it online and it was easier to find than what they said, then they say that the truck would be ready on Friday Today ws Saturday, I just called and they tell me they don't know if it will be ready today. As a client, I feel cheated and disrespected by these people
My experience at MHC Kenworth Charlotte was good - especially Judy Service was extremely helpful with getting the information I requested. Judy explained the issues & updates to me in clear manner. I would to mention Jerry and Wayne were very helpful also-Thank u!
They are very good speakers! But we are not in a business to only hear nice words. The actions need to be met with the words they speak. I was promised a truck they even took a deposit $2,500 from me to assure me that the truck is mine. After 3 weeks of not hearing from anyone I've decided to go in and check on the status of my purchase. And they sold my truck!! I was not given a courtesy call or anything . The sales rep took my deposit without getting proper approval from corporate. They did not honor their word ... NOT GOOD BUSINESS
