Food was Amazing, something very Spanish, music was ok and natural drinks are ok. The dishes were hugest oh my God I never saw such much food in one go WOW!! That’s was my expression, and the tastes very good. I ask for chicken grill with green plantains but I requested sweet plantains instead and the experience was great. I recommend it . Is around the corner of 2101 N Charles St.
A little off the beaten path but so worth it. Delicious food and friendly service. I tried some papusas which were fantastic.
Food was good. Not sure what made it Honduran. Our meals were ordered together but came out one at a timeFood: 4/5
The food was authentic and excellent. The soup was shockingly good -- the best I've tasted in a long while.Food: 5/5
Amazing Platanos Con Crema and Yucas Fritas. Lots of good, comforting food for what you pay, but would have liked a little more spice. Be prepared to wait -- they bring all the food out at once.
Really delicious food. We got it delivered through Uber eats and the order was all correct and all really tasty. Will definitely get them again, and will likely visit the place in person sometime because it was so good!
Dined in and had the chilaquiles with grilled bistec. The beef had a nice grill taste, and the chips were awesome with the salsa/ cheese on it. The rice and beans left something to be desired flavor wise, but i had a good time here!! I did order multiple items, and they make sure to have everything for your table come out at once so prepare to wait a little bit for your food for those dining in.
Mi Comalito is tasty with authentic flavors. The only issue I have with the food is the beef entrees seem to all have the same seasoning and flavors. Besides that, the house made tortillas, yuca and plantains. It taste like they use fresh yuca and plantains and not frozen like many other places. Also, they have a picture of a red snapper on their menu but the description reads tillapia. The workers were unable to provide details on where the tilapia was from, farm, frozen, wild? Besides those little flaws, I suggest you try this restaurant, we will be back.
Food is great. Only discovered this place since the pandemic started, so I've only had takeout, but everything has been delicious. Huge portions too. I've had the pupusas, fried yuca with chicharrones, a few of their platters, and a burrito so far. Appreciate how they saranwrap the heck out of your carryout to contain any possible spills too.
I feel sick and the only thing I want is a soup. I called few places around my work to find a better price. Despite of "MI COMALITO" charging $2 more 13.99 I decided to give it a try. I sent someone to pick it up for me, and I was surprised to see my receive for $25.29 for a soup? Are you serious? The soup ended up not costing $13.99 but $15.99 and extra 2.50, 2.50, 2.00 total $7 for something the soup is supposed to come with it. And if it was not enough on top of the charge they charged another 4% "Service Charge" While they are in a food truck? I feel scammed!
