Mi Ranchito Mexican Store

Tried their 2 breakfast burritos. Super super delicious , ordered 2. One was shredded chicken the other was buffalo chicken , my favorite: the shredded chicken. The flavors in this burrito are WILD. Who imagined french fries in a burrito can taste so tasty. The best part, the serve it till 3:30 & I’m definitely a breakfast kinda gal. Staff was great. Environment was extremely clean , i plan to try the entire menu

Parking is at a premium in front of the place. It is easy to find parking around on the streets, and they have parking lots close by. This is a small taqueria connected to the grocery store in a small strip mall just off Main St. The decor is hip, clean, and fits perfect in this college town. They are catering to the college crowd as a build a burrito style taqueria. It seems like a crazy idea with a street that already had 4 similar style joints within a few blocks already. RIP Cal Tort. Service was solid although they forgot my chips and salsa. I didn't order a drink since I was taking this to go. Chips & Salsa!!! Nope...forgot to put them in the bag. I didn't notice until I was already at my place. I ordered the chopped steak torta since they didn't have any milanesa. This was pretty tough to eat without being a slop fest. The bread was super soft, and could have used some time on the flat top to add some crunch. The steak was a bit over cooked, yet flavorful. The whole pintos aided in keeping it sloppy. The diced tomatoes also kept the slop train on track. Refried beans, spread with sliced toms would've made all of the difference. I suggest you stick to the milanesa or cubano if you go with a torta here. I ordered tacos choosing chorizo, carnitas, and pastor. Chorizo...good flavors, little char, on the dry side. The tortillas were serviceable, but with 2 made it dry. I used 1 tortilla from here on out and that changed the whole game. Carnitas...wow do they do some good carnitas here! The meat was moist and melted in my mouth leaving a wonderful taste after each bite. I was sad when I finished, because I wanted at least 2 more! The meat was that good. Pastor...excellent flavors, good char, with pineapple in there. Even better with the hot salsas they have here. I tried the hot and the extra hot. They were both tasty with a solid amount of heat to them. Hot enough to get you there without crushing all of your taste buds.

Yowza these burritos are gooooood! They have BOGO burritos on Thursdays so make sure you go then!! The people are also really nice. Also you can get lots of sweet gear and cool sodas!

I used to like this place, but I watched them drip queso into the chicken without care. So, at this point I question their food safety. If they are willing to do that in front of customers, then who knows what they do behind closed doors. I would suggest to anyone to just go to El Diablo- even with the BOGO deal they have a better value for your money there is a reason that they have expanded into multiple areas.

I highly recommend their burritos, especially on Thursdays. They had BOGO Thursdays, but has recently changed to Buy 1 Get 1 50% off.

Great authentic Mexican food! As a student I've coming here for almost a year now and I've had nothing but great food the entire time! Super friendly people that greet you upon entering. Highly recommend for anyone near campus to give it a try. They also have a buy one get one free burrito deal on Thursdays!

Very good burritos and customer service. The prices here are also very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is their policy of not having steak burritos available after 3:30pm. I would come by more frequently if this was changed!

I absolutely love Mi Ranchito. They have the most authentic, flavorful Mexican food that I have ever eaten. The taste is unbelievable, and I can never pass up the Thursday By One Get One Burrito special! In addition to the amazing food, I can confidently say that they have the nicest employees / owner that I have ever met. They are sociable, approachable, and endlessly kind to all customers. I would recommend Mi Ranchito to anyone looking for a delicious Mexican meal with a hospitable staff!

Their breakfast burritos are bomb. We've been back every Saturday morning since discovering there was a restaurant side. Highly recommend trying this place. I only wish we had realized it was more than just a store sooner! They probably need more signage advertising the food.
