A nice, no-nonsense wine and liquor shop. The staff is friendly and happy to help, or to leave you alone. You need to look for the bargains - their regular prices can be a little high, however if you buy 6 bottles of wine at once, they give 10% off, which makes it totally reasonable. Also, they have a frequent customer program where you get $10 off when you spend $500. So that 2% helps as well.

I'm writing this review because for some clarity on my order that was never returned to me after it was returned to your office because of damage. I send 2 online inquiries and called six times and was told to talk to a different person; after talking to them, each one said a person(Jim, M. Robert, est.) will call me back. Never received a follow up call from them! My original order of 3 bottle of Haig Club on March 05 was shipped out to me, but was damaged doing shipment and FEDEX return it to you on March 14. A resolution to this situation would be appreciated.

Helpful and knowledgeable about wines and spirits. They are very accommodating, and most days there is a tasting of one spirit or another. Solid selection of wines. And spirits.

I don't know much about wine, but when I went to go buy some for a friend, one of the guys who worked there recommended this wine and said it was really good. Brought to my friend (who's really big on wines) and she said that I got duped. The wine was fairly new, and it wasn't something anyone should drink until it aged awhile. I had no clue, and still don't have a clue because I don't drink wine, but I do trust my friend because she knows her wine, so if she says I got duped, then I most definitely did. The guy seemed pretty nice though, so I never thought twice about the wine he recommended as I was in the process of buying one.
