This location is always super clean and organized, and I LOVE that they go out of their way to advertise sales and clearance items throughout the store instead of hiding them all in some back section. There are always great sales on decor directly after the holidays year round!

Several convenient locations near me. Always great to check out new products and see what they have. Covers different medians of art. I do wish they carried glass products for stained glass and fusing glass.

AMAZING SERVICE && SUPER POLITE!! I hate that I came so late but it was a super last min project still doesn't make it right on my part that I had to have tonight.. I literally come in with 3 minutes and the young lady at the register was talking w/ the shift leader or manager and they BOTH were nice despite the time I came in.. I apologized i came that late and showed them a picture of what I needed.. they BOTH reassure me that its ok, then the manager showed me exactly where the items were.. I go to pay and the young lady at the register still asks if I'm a rewards member and does her job She got my info and apparently I'm already a member ‍ I am still apologetic but have a coupon.. the manager helped me with it and I made it out at 9:01!! These young ladies were AWESOME!! Other companies should take note and do what Michael's does!! Others should start taking time to give credit and recognition to employees and companies as much as they do while complaining!! It cost $0.00 to be kind!!

My art centered daughter loves this place. She lives on the art supplies isle. Good prices and a couple of the staff really enjoy their job. Very helpful people and the store is well stocked.

Michaels has everything you need to cover your artistic abilities! I custom airbrush, and their GOLDEN airbrush paint is amazing to work with. No dilution needed!

Pick up and curbside service - definitely received the wrong item but it happens

I enjoy coming here! Staff is polite and you can find so many unique things! A little pricey for my taste, but what isnt pricey nowadays? They do have a clearance isle, if you dare to try to shop it. It is a mess, and that is the one thing they could really improve on: straighten up your clearance isle! Overall though, I enjoyed my visit.

The store is well organized. I found it hard to find staff when I needed help. There was no one walking there floor that I could stop and ask for help. I eventually went back to the front counter and asked for directions to what I was looking for. The older lady was very helpful and understanding. I was frustrated and she won me over with a kind spirit. Management, please focus on ensuring that your products are stocked properly. The soda cooler was visible but there was no sodas. There was multiple empty areas in the shelves where items once was. I've done retail before... There shouldn't be as many empty spaces as I saw when I visited your 280 location. I generally enjoyed my visit but left with my substitution for what I actually came for because it was out of stock as well.

Found all my craft supplies at one place

I always find stuff in here that I love and the cashier always seems to find a coupon for me to use. I went in there to buy a $25 product and thanks to the knowledge of my cashier and her helpfulness I was able to get it for about $15. She helped me save money that I turned around and spent in the store as well.
