Today is the coldest day I’ve ever experienced in all four years living in Columbus -35 with windchill and the snow and ice is insane. I know I am that person running errands, but Christmas is tomorrow and Alexa at this location kicked butt - I know they were short-staffed and it was a horrible day to come to work, but they did such an amazing job and I appreciated her help finding exactly what I needed to limit the stress of Christmas mayhem. Thank you team!

I usually like to order online. They’re almost always out of the things I need. Still a great store. But my recent visit the cashier farted and it smelled so bad and instead of trying to stay discrete she brought up the draft from the door

Lots of good items, though I did not find the staff that knowledgeable about crafts.

Huge store I like to Compare to Joanna’s as I have know it longer, it is comparable and sometimes even has better sales and offered things Joanna’s might not have. Lately I have been in search of scrapbooks and this place definitely had options and better sales, but I still find myself going between stores for smaller specifics.

This store makes crafting easier, they have literally everything you need for various types of crafting plus a helpful friendly staff

Helpful employees, large selection. Their sales prices can be really good their regular prices not so much. Make sure you are using their coupons to keep the prices reasonable.

Great selection, i was looking for some last minute Christmas gifts, and the Asher was very friendly and helpful.

I love taking trips to Michaels with my daughter. They have all your art and craft needs and the staff is always super helpful. The store is always clean and they almost always have a great sale on something.

I love Michaels. I'm pretty new to art, but I really like browsing art supplies. Michaels always has really good sales, and if it isn't on sale, they probably have a coupon for it. Liquitex paints are like $5 a bottle, but with one of their sales I was able to get them for $2.30 a bottle. WOW. I also accidentally ordered 2 of the same color online, and they were happy to exchange it for me. A lot of the sales associates are very knowledgeable about the products, especially more niche products like oil paints. When I was doing a paint night and had nooooo idea about oils, the girl was able to help me pick put what I needed, which actually started my passion for painting. The only bad thing about this store is it's dangerous!!! I want everything!! Included are 2 paintings I did for fun with Liquitex acrylics. I know they aren't very good, but I'm still new to this!
