If you need to frame art work i would recommend this store. The framer associate Beige helped me pick out 7 different frames and designed a custom frame within my budget.
Went here the other day. During the middle of covid 19 pandemic and No Soap was available for cleaning my hands. Not exactly my idea of keeping their store stocked with cleaning supplies. I want soap to wash my hands not antibacterial hand gel. This bathroom was just gross, needs to be updated or maybe some bleach bought and really give it a good scrubbing. Other than the dirty women's bathroom the store is well-stocked and not really that bad looking.
Not the largest Michael's, but always friendly and stocked well. ALWAYS shorthanded- expect lengthy wait times during busy hours.
Picked up a self service order. Super easy. I was greeted, I'm sure I looked lost lol, right when I came to the counter. They explained how it worked and I was right back out the door. Super friendly and easy process.
The staff here is always amazing. I however was surprised about the lack of halloween items specifically baking products. It was the begining of September and they had more Christmas products than halloween.
Love the store, but most other Michael's I go to have more in stock. Maybe I just came at an odd time since seasons are changing and holidays are taking over shelves
Poor service. I’ve been waiting for a call back regarding custom framing to no avail. Unacceptable. Don’t shop here. Bad business, Lack of integrity, and no follow up. Not much customer traffic and now I see why

Doing some post holiday Christmas decoration shopping. The store was neat and organized. The staff was nice and helpful.
Found the Christmas tree decorations I was looking for! Their exit door wasn't working, so you had to go out of the entrance, which was tricky when people were walking in.
