You are a lot to do it to her he said he is sorry to say anything about you but you don't have sex or anything like this but you don't want you to feel I'm a guy who doesn't like you and he is sorry for the best of the world of a little while in my life you know what I am not sure if I have any idea why he is a good day twin and you know it is lol I just don't know if you are not green but you don't want you in a good friend sometimes but I don't think it was just thinking about her so I just want you in the same place you are a good day twin brother and you were a little while you know what I mean by the machamp and the group of friends who is not going anywhere you want me to be in.
I've been to this store 2 days in a row. NO help at all! The "tech" support today was awful and his solution- typical Microsoft style- was to wipe the system. The only time I have ever received true tech support with Microsoft is to call the tech line. I will not waste anymore time going to this store. I have had my fill. I am done. Back to Apple I go!
Great friendly service. I was promptly seen for my scheduled service appointment. Jaleesa was patient in trying to resolve my issue. While we weren't able to get a 100% fix, she was able to give me a solid work around. I would highly recommend the resources at the Lakeside Microsoft store.
I brought in my Surface 3 charger that was not working. They greeted at me a the door, sent me to a tech who checked it out. She then said that she could just switch it our for free. Handed it to me, asked that I just log in and put in the "appointment" and then sent me on my way. Great customer service!
All of the team members working we're more than helpful. Several people offered us help while we were browsing and were very knowledgeable on the deals/specials that Microsoft was offering and thoroughly explained the financing options for the XBOX promotion they recently started. We did wait on the phone about 20 minutes with the financing department waiting on them to verify the account we we're setting up but in the meantime we were offered bottled water, help from at least 4 team members, and chairs to wait in. After the account was processed a young energetic girl finished our checkout and bagged us up. You can definitely tell the staff here loves to help people.
Terrible, I don’t understand how service could be this bad. Here is my year long Microsoft Store struggle the best I can remember: Dec. 2018 there was some funny glitch with my cart on MS store that wouldn’t allow me to check out, after an hour on the phone I finally was able to put the order in. To make up for my time I was given $20 store credit. Dec. 2019, I was informed my credit would expire on the 12th so on the 11th I tried to apply it to an order of ~$150. It didn’t work with checkout so I called, the lady who I talked to had no power to issue refund, they have to be escalated to someone for review but she insured it wouldn’t be charged or I would have a refund. Then she reordered the products for me and applied the $20 credit. The next day I have 2 different ~$150 charges, no credit applied to either. So I call again and ask for a manager. The manager says the first shipment is signature required, all I have to do is not accept it and a refund will be automatic. It wasn’t sig required and it was left. He also said I would have a $20 credit refunded to me, 4 days later no $20 refund. All in all, I have wasted another hour on phone with support, I have been over charged ~$170 and now I have to waste another 30min or so on the phone with some foreign call center talking to people who appear to have lied to me and have no real power to correct the mistakes. I have purchased a Surface Studio, a Surface Studio 2 and a Surface Go plus accessories from Microsoft but have no desire to ever deal with them again. If I don’t get a refund from Microsoft this week I will be contacting my bank to pull what at this point seem to be fraudulent charges. Would give 0/5 stars if I could.
Very poor service. I went here a week ago to look at the new Surface Go, the sales assistant sat thet bored and unwilling to help, not even remotely interested, also not really knowledgeable. My partner who was with me went to the Apple Store to check on something for his Mac and had the opposite experience, helpful friendly staff, interested in finding a solution and helping him. I ended up going to Best Buy to get the same product the next day, msoft store mgmt need to do much much better... Would not go again. .
Extremely helpful!!! I bought an Xbox One at Best Buy recently, as well as a best buy brand rechargeable battery pack. The battery pack wound up being defective and it ruined my controller. Best Buy would not own up to this and told me that it wasn't their problem that their product broke my controller since I had not purchased a warranty with them for the controller. I get it, that is a thing, and I could understand that if I was using my controller incorrectly and just wanted a free replacement, then Best Buy would be correct, but it was their product that ruined my controller, so I was a bit upset that they refused to empathize with my situation. All they told me was that I might be able to send it to the manufacturer for assistance. Not wanting to wait that long, I took a trip to the Microsoft Store in Metairie I live a considerable distance away but this was the closest location to see if they might be able to point me in the right direction. They were so nice and understanding!!! They replaced my controller and helped me get the right replacement battery. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I couldn't be happier with their knowledgeable and courteous service!!! Thank you so much!!!
We went in to check out their Black Friday deals on the Surface Go and Pro models. Obviously they're available online, but my wife and I had no idea which product is more suitable to her needs. We were greeted by Suzanne who answered all of our questions and informed us of their current promotions, bundles, and features of the items. We went with the Pro and Suzanne began assisting us in the set up but had to host a workshop or something like that, so she had her associate, Sam, take over. Between the two of them we must have spent two hours in there while they patiently explained everything in terms we could understand and made sure my wife knew how to use the relevant programs. Excellent customer service! When my computer goes out, I'll head back there to purchase my next one.
I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately for a problem I was having with Windows 10 Update. Staff was very helpful and got me the help I needed. This was my first time in a Microsoft store. Lenny was beyond helpful, he listened to my problem and did his best to help me. Knowing that I drove 3 hours to the store he spent extra time with me to try to solve the problem. Lenny you went above and beyond, thank you!
