Best Buy - Metairie

This place had nothing. I'm surprised it's still in business. They sell $3000.00 tv stands. Please explain why Best Buy sells overpriced tv stands. And the cameras are too much. And people who are buying iPhones are silly.

Great store. Love the price matching ability. Friendly staff make checking out all the easier. Happy. Happy. Joy. Joy. Electronics live here and I love it.

Was looking at products for smart watch and this employee asked if I needed help while texting on her phone the whole time... literally didn’t look up while I was speaking and asking her questions. Pretty sad customer service.

Service has been better at Best buy these last few years. I thought they were going to shut down. I like the open box section for good deals. I've bought several open box items and had a good experience with them. Employees are very eager to help you however few of them are knowledgeable on the products they sell so do your own research before you go.

I shop Best Buy in a lot of cities, I purchase for our stores as well as personal purchases. 9 out of 10 times they have the best prices, I can't always say I get the best advice and sometimes I know more than the associate. But I have yet to have one try to run over me as some other stores have tried. I have bought a lot of TV's and audio equipment as well as appliances and they are certainly worth your time time a look.

Greeted upon entry and the associates are trained in customer service. Prices are higher than online but if you need it today Best Buy is the place to go. It’s annoying that there’s a restocking fee for Apple Watches. It was too big so I had to switch the size. Never even charged it to activate it but because it was opened I lost $35 in the return. Amazon doesn’t have a restocking fee and will pick it up from your house.

I've been dealing with this store, over 4 years now, and all of my experiences have been great. I have purchased a complete home theater setup, 2 cellphones,wireless headphones, videos and God knows what else. I always leave feeling satisfied.

The employees were very knowledgeable. Very polite! Building was very clean and well organized. Got what I needed!

The place is pretty nice to get all of your tech stuff and support. The staff is very nice and supporting. I bought a laptop from there and it broke a year later, so that's the only downside. The atmosphere is quiet and there is a lot of products to choose from. I would recommend you to go here.

Went and used my "upgrade" for my AT&T phone here. The customer service folks in the cell phone area were top-notch; they took their time and helped me work through all my questions. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because they didn't have one of the phones I was interested in stock apparently they are the smallest of the Best Buys in Metairie. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.
