Jonathan was an absolute savior! He was able to unlock my phone and restore some of my information in less than 30 minutes, whereas Sprint / T-Mobile and Best buy could not! I highly recommend this service for all technical issues and repairs.
These guys did a great job. From drop off to pick up. Customer service was amazing and device was fixed much quicker than anticipated. I will definitely use them again for repairs and would recommend them to anyone.
T-mobile referred us because we have Samsung Z phones. They were very friendly and most helpful. They made us feel that we were welcome and that they would do everything to make the repair as soon as possible, including calling other local locations to see if they had the needed part. They did and are having it brought to the location so repair can start 1st thing in the morning. So far most pleased with our experience.
I was a walk in customer with a non working laptop and tablet. In under an hour I was out the door with everything I needed including working hardware! Can’t say enough about the customer service, it was over and above EXCELLENT!!! Thanks John for affordable experience. Will always come back and recommend anyone who needs your services. Bruce
It did not take too long. My iPad was fixed in two days. They did not cost a lot. They even made sure that I didn't have to pay for something if I did not need it. I would love recommend them place.

Very knowledgeable and friendly folks working behind the desk. Need to have at least two people there as the wait times are fairly long. If you’re in a rush it’s a problem.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. My phone have a dying pixel. Sadly they cant fix my phone. the 5G Antenna failed there test. They had to uninstall everything. I was not charged with any fee. that was awesome. i dont feel to bad. Will be doing business again.
They transferred my data from an old broken tablet to the new tablet in record time. They did an awesome job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of my friends. Carol
