These guys at Midas got me in super quick with an appointment, and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Phil, the mechanic, super nice guy, was very informative and made sure my car was good to go. I feel like I’m driving a new car now with all hard work he put in. Chris and the other guy at the front desk, who I’m not even sure if he worked there, were also a huge help. They even helped me save some money, which is always nice. The people who work at this Midas location are extremely friendly, kind, efficient, accommodating, and honest!! They found something wrong with my vehicle during a regular inspection during an oil change and also told me it would be under warranty at the dealer!!!!! After many years, my 2005 VW Passat finally developed an issue with its original exhaust system and the flex connector needed to be replaced. My regular mechanic could not do the work as it required welding. I made an appointment at Midas, and, after inspection, my options were explained to me and I opted to go with only the necessary repair as recommended by my mechanic. After a few hours, my car was returned to me and I am once again enjoying the sounds of an almost silent exhaust system. The price was very reasonable and the service level professional.
