Came into this particular Midas with an exhaust issue on my BMW. Chris and his team immediately took my car to assess the repair. They were very clear on what needed to be done and up front with the work, and quoted a fair price, and went to work immediately. Later that day, I called to check on the car, and to my amazement, Chris and his team were able to perform the repair in a different manner which cut the cost by 80%! I was shocked to say the least. This is my first time here and Brandon was great! I made an appointment for an oil change for 9 am on a Saturday and despite being short staffed by 2 guys he was done and I was out at 935! Beware of the guy named Chris. I took my car to midas because I had nails in one of my tires. Chris called me 2 hours later telling me that I actually had nails in 3 of my tires and we needed to replace all 3 tires. I had to take my car to a honest mechanic to get my tire replaced. Only 1 of them needed to be replaced, not all 3. God is watching you Chris, keep doing what you doing.Service: Tires
