Midco is by far the worst provider in this area. They charge you for 100 mbps but I consistently would only get 30-50. Also their customer service is quite shoddy. They will try and give you old outdated equipment so make sure. I had to request a new modem because the one they gave me when I signed up was almost 10 years old. But now that I’ve cancelled they are trying to charge me for the old modem which I promptly returned at their Fargo office two years ago and the current one which is in route. They really don’t care about the customer at all. Never going back.
Not the best experience. Outdated Equipment. TMobile is by far easier and quicker to set up no install fees or silly activation fees if you have the ability to take advantage of Fixed Wireless go for it. As for service it's good but it's your typical ISP not very flexible the app makes you call in to make account changes stuff like that. Modems also lack security in this age that's not good for the folks who don't quite understand digital security.
I called to cancel my services and was met with an apathetic customer service representative that proceeded to be passive agressive. Besides the shoddy service, consistent outages, and outlandish pricing, the mediocre customer service is a great reason to take your business elsewhere.
The staff here has always been helpful and nice. They recently started closing during the noon hour for lunch so if your planning on dropping by with your cash payment make sure you do it before or after lunch. This location is right by walmart on 13th ave.
So the internet is great here, cheap, fast, and near by. The only issue I have is that my router will cut out sometimes and ill loose internet for a hour and a half around the same time every night. They offered to come check it out and fix it for no charge so thats a plus.
Best place in Fargo to get wifi! Their customer service is always respectful and super helpful!!

24 hrs still no internet, customer care stated they were almost complete with repair at 4pm but still out at 8am the following day.
I had a issue with my internet so called tech support. They weren't able to fix it over the phone so sent a repair man out within a hour. It was Saturday early evening so was very impressed with their promptness. My repair man was very courteous and took his shoes off and wore a mask. He fixed the issue quickly and my internet was restored. Professional, prompt and polite. The 3 Ps.
I cant stop talking about how great Midco has been to me. The prices are reasonable and the speed is great. The customer service is beyond incredible. From the sales rep, the tech support agent and the field tech... They were all incredible. All fun and easy to talk to. You don't feel rushed to get service set up or rushed to get off the phone. Lots of call centers for tech agents get timed so they try to rush you off to get good stats. I dont think they do that here because mine Tommy was very patient with helping me. She was amazing! Same with the tech Lucas when I was having issues with my internet. I also want to mention he came in with a mask and put on shoe covers to protect my floor. Awesome!! My agent Pepper who helped me with deciding which package to get was low pressure and great too. I have used Time Warner, Spectrum, Mediacom AND Centurylink and NONE were even CLOSE to how amazing Midco is. Not one outage yet! The mbps they advertise is what you get! Quick & easy appointments!
