So, I just left this Verizon store after attempting to pay my bill. An employee, who's name I didn't get a chance get, unfortunately! Well, after we I brought up that other Verizon stores don't charge a $3.00 fee for prepaid phones this employee freaked out, walked around the counter, squared up with me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable! I asked Jim to move back, I didn't feel comfortable, he refused said no I won't. Then after looking at the manager saying I am done with this guy, he freaked out! Kept chirping, wouldn't stop! I had to on several occasions ask him to stop, he wouldn't. This kid with glasses, tall seemed to have some anger issues and some severe mental health issues, not good!! The manager couldn't get his employee under control! I don't know why they kept calling the $3 a tax. I'm the city of Fargo a $30 bill doesn't have a flat tax rate of $3 and when they realized it's a fee rather than a tax they said that's how Verizon trains them in. Do they also train employees to intimidate customers, not a good way to run a corporate business!!
Every time I go in to this store I’m greeted with a warm welcome and a quick how can we help you. The store manager, Jordan, is very helpful and got me exactly what I needed to boost my internet when it wouldn’t reach the basement. He was able to do everything that the helpline was unable to do and I had my new router in 2 days delivered to my door. Will definitely be back to this store for all my Verizon needs!
Absolutely awful. I went for assistance in trading in my phone. The customer service was awful during & after the transaction. They made a mistake while assisting me with the trade in and the store's follow-up after them making a mistake on my account was non-existent. I had to spend over 2 hours on the phone with corporate for it to finally get corrected. The corporate representative had to call the store & she said she can't imagine how I felt as a a consumer because they were even rude to her. And the process the store was going to take to "fix" the adjustment was not the correct process to follow so I would have never received the trade-in credit I was supposed to get. We will never go back.
Horrible service. Have not had service since the outage. Verizon and all reps keep saying Verizon didn't break my phone but they did as it worked just fine prior to the outage. Further I've spent7+ hrs on phone with support. Went in to get a resolution the manager was in no way remorseful or sorry about a customer not having service for 5 days. then when I said I didn't want to do an eSIM he proceeded to get rude and kept pushing it. Even though I said no. My phone worked just fine with a physical Sim prior. Had customer service hang up multiple times start laughing and been lied to numerous times. Glad I have it all recorded and going to be forwarding calls and the in-store to various outlets.
No one at this location knows how to fix anything on the accounts! My mom spent hours at this place because they messed up her account when all she was doing was going off my account on to her own . Would not recommend going here for anything. Go to a different location!
Excellent service and resolution of the issues I was having with my watch by Nick at this location. After spending time on long calls with the help line, Nick had the issues solved within 10 minutes. So very appreciated!!
I would highly recommend not going to this Verizon. I wanted to exchange my phone and the gal there wouldn’t help me. She stated I needed another phone to transfer my information to. Also I tried to order headphones and she stated she couldn’t use the coupon I had
Worst customer service!! Wouldn't even look at my phone that wouldn't turn on because "account manager" was not physically there, but could be reached by phone. They just wanted to sell me a new phone. Does that make sense; they wouldn't look at broken phone without "account manager" but they could set me up with a new phone without "account manager?"

Salesman I originally worked with was nice but I ended up purchasing a lens protector that they had to mail to me, well I never received it and when I went to ask them about it, they said there was nothing they would do about it unless I could prove I never got it... don't waste your money on accessories, we are out 35$ when you can just purchase them for much cheaper on Amazon!
