My daughter has been taking piano lessons since age 9. Seven years later, she still loves it! The teachers are top-notch. Staff too! The school is well equipped with music material and instruments. We buy music sheets here and even picked up an electric piano, which was delivered to our house. Love Middle C Music!
My son is just learning guitar. He loves his Middle C instructor! There is music all around you when you go there. Lots of adults and kids exploring and playing different instruments.
Super helpful and friendly staff! Got a cool white mic stand, shock mount clip, xlr cable and some sheet music bc as I was about to check out, I saw the ridiculous sheet music selection they have for sale. When I was checking out, I mentioned the sheet music was for a couple of private students. The sweet clerk let me know they have a discount on Tuesdays called Teacher Tuesdays. Heck yes. Great store full of life, fun and music. I really enjoyed walking in there. It felt good!
Came in to rent a guitar for the week I was in town, couldn't have had a better experience with the folks behind the desk or with the instrument itself. Real nice folks, super helpful and refreshingly earnest, if you need to pick up some good vibes ask for Tom
They were super friendly, set up bass guitars for me to try out, and gave me space while I played. When I asked for used guitars, they gave me a business card for another store with more consignment options.
Very knowledgeable. Everyone is so helpful. Both my boys take guitar with Nelson and he has been wonderful with them!
Without reservation, Middle C Music deserves the highest possible recommendation. They did a superb job of cleaning up and giving an overall tune-up to my antique guitar and repairing my antique mandolin. In the process, I saw how the staff at Middle C —Nick, Tom, Dave and Hillary — interacted not just with me but customers and students of all ages and abilities. What I appreciated most was their low key manner and the pleasure they took in enhancing the joy that others got from their instruments, music, and lessons. This is truly an excellent music store.
I purchased a piano from these fine people, and I love it. It was very competitively priced. I have also purchased a guitar, and I have had these folks restring several guitars, and they do a great job —and again, the price is right. I love supporting small businesses, and Middle C Music is one of the best!
Middle C and especially Hayley Gain have wonderfully fostered our daughter's love of music and especially her confidence in performing. Hayley is a very well trained and competent musician in her own right, and her generosity to share that with others is a real blessing. Middle C is lucky to have this treasure, and we've been so luck to know her. Thank you.
Middle C Music has been a part of four of my grandsons' lives. Music is very important in children's development and lifetime outlet. Right now, I have two grandsons at Middle C.- one in piano, and the other in guitar. I enjoy the mini concerts, too.
